Why are your rates so low?
We focus on airport departures because the pickup time rarely changes. This allows us to better set up a daily schedule. Also, our drivers are dispatched from North Cape Coral. This allows us to take you to the airport and return north without paying for tolls.

Why can't I pay the same for an arrival?
Again, we focus on the departures, because they are easier. We don't have to deal with flight delays, track the flight, wait for luggage, or locate our party. We are simply providing a discount for the easier leg of your ride.

How early do I need to book my ride?
We prefer at least 48 hours advance notice. Please call us if you require same day transportation, and we will check availability for your ride.

What is your cancellation policy?
Reservations must be cancelled by phone at least 4 hours prior to the reservation or by email within 48 hours prior to the reservation to avoid penalty. You may be charged a cancellation fee up to the full amount of your reservation if you cancel within the 4 hours before pickup or if you are a “no-show”.

Can I change my pickup time at the last minute?
Call us, and we will try our very best to accommodate your change.  However, we request that you give us 24 hours notice if you wish to change your pickup time.  For a discounted departure, you may be charged a $10 change fee in addition to wait time if you change your pickup time without 24 hours notice and the driver has already dispatched to your location. For domestic flight delays when you are arriving at the airport, we will be there when your plane lands. Just please keep us updated on any changes as soon as possible. We understand you cannot control the schedule of the airlines.

Can I request the driver to make an extra stop?
Yes, extra stops directly along the route are billable for an additional $1/minute for wait time. Charges for stops that require diversion from the route may be more. Please contact our office for a quote. If you expect to make a stop, let us know when you make your reservation.  An unexpected stop could cause your driver to arrive late for another passenger, and we appreciate your courtesy.

Are your drivers background checked?
Yes. Our drivers are independently contracted for-hire drivers that have undergone the regulatory background check.

How do I find my driver at the airport?
Please call us once you have your luggage, and we will direct you to your driver. It usually takes only a couple of minutes for the driver to pull up to the curb.

Do you provide child safety seats?
Child safety seats must be requested in advance if you are not bringing one with you on your trip. We offer infant seats, toddler seats, and booster seats for no additional fee. The proper installation of the car seat is the sole responsibility of the parent or legal guardian.

Will you transport my pet?
We provide accommodations for small pets, but they must stay in a carrier while in the vehicle. Please mention that you will be traveling with a pet in advance when making your reservation. This does not apply to service dogs, all service dogs are welcome.

Will my luggage fit in the car?
Our luxury sedans hold a maximum of four passengers with four medium piece luggage capacity. Golf clubs and oversized suitcases may not fit. Please call us if you are unsure.
